Kati basthi is a panchakarma procedure where hot medicated oil is kept for some time over the lumbar spine.It is very beneficial for Back ache,Sciatica and Vertebral Disc problems.It should be done for minimum seven days. Depending on the condition suitable medicated oil should be selected.
